MEET FRANCESCA PAUCA: Last summer she started an Instagram account called @holdingvictorshand to celebrate her friendship with her little brother Victor, who has developmental disabilities.
Victor has a rare genetic disorder called Pitt Hopkins syndrome.
She decided to graduate and take a gap year to help her brother. She is sharing her journey on social media.
Recently her instagram account grew and it became a passion project-- spreading her brother's love and joy to the world.
She just graduated from Princeton University and is pursuing a career in healthcare administration.
